Automated Dropship

• Create an “Endless Aisle” by automating visibility into available vendor inventory
• Offer vendor inventory across some/all sales channels
• When customers order items that are only available from vendor inventory, Backbone will automatically generate a dropship PO and submit to the vendor
• When vendor ships the item(s) to the customer, Backbone captures the tracking number and communicates shipping status to customer
